VIP Decor began in Phnom Penh in 2001 with a focus on signage fabrication. Over time, the company expanded its capabilities into interior design and furnishing, large-format printing, custom fabrication, lighting, and brand activations.
Today, projects are managed through an integrated production workflow. Design development, fabrication, printing, electrical work, logistics, installation, and strike are coordinated by one team, reducing handovers and keeping delivery accountable.

Common Questions About VIP Decor
How long does it take to produce and install signage?
Timelines vary by project complexity. Simple shop-front signs typically take 2–3 weeks from approved design to installation. Larger projects like illuminated channel letters or multi-location rollouts may take 4–6 weeks. We provide a detailed timeline during the consultation phase so you know exactly what to expect.
What types of signage materials do you work with?
Acrylic, stainless steel, brushed and mirror-finish aluminium, aluminium composite panel, powder-coated mild steel, and printed vinyl, lit with LED modules or neon-flex where the design calls for it. We recommend a material per element based on where the sign sits, since an interior reception logo and an exterior facade sign face very different weather and cleaning demands.
Do you handle permits and building approvals?
Yes. We prepare the drawings and specifications needed for municipal signage permits in Phnom Penh, and we deal directly with landlords, mall management, and building owners for their own approvals. We flag any restriction that affects size, illumination, or mounting before you approve the design, so nothing has to be rebuilt later.
Can you match our existing brand guidelines exactly?
Yes. Send us your brand guidelines with vector artwork and we will match your Pantone or RAL references, typefaces, and proportions across every element. Where a colour cannot be reproduced exactly in a given material or finish, we produce a physical sample for your approval before anything goes into production.
Do you offer maintenance and repair services?
Yes. Every installation carries a twelve-month workmanship warranty covering structure, wiring, and fixings. Beyond that we offer scheduled maintenance for cleaning, LED replacement, and re-levelling, and we take on repair work for signage we did not originally build.
